Firm Profile

We are an experienced firm that focuses on providing quality services to our clients. In order to provide the personal service our clients expect, we have chosen to remain a small firm and to have much of the client contact remain with the two owners. It is our goal to perform services in a time and cost effective manner. Spending the time necessary to provide quality services to our clients helps to keep our services cost effective by ensuring that our clients have few long-term time consuming and costly tax and financial problems.

Leland L. Lee, CPA

Leland's experience includes over thirty years in public accounting and nonprofit corporation controllership, and six years as a systems analyst and computer software developer. Prior to launching his own accounting practice, he served as an auditor and consultant with the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) for over six years. He has wide experience with accounting for many types of business and nonprofit organizations, as well as individual, trust, estate, and business tax compliance and planning.

Leland is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Oregon Society of CPAs, former chairman of the Clackamas Community College Budget Committee, and has served for many years as a board member and treasurer of his church.

Nancy Lee Bolton, CPA

Nancy received her Bachelors in Business Economics (Cum Laude) with departmental honors in economics from Willamette University in May of 1993. After college, Leland convinced Nancy to work in public accounting, and she has enjoyed working in the field since that time. Nancy completed her accounting studies at Portland State University and was a member of the PSU's Beta Alpha Psi accounting honorary fraternity. She has worked in public accounting for over fourteen years, working extensively with individual and business income tax returns, preparation of corporate financial statements, and auditing of nonprofit organizations.

Nancy is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Oregon Society of CPAs, and was on the board of the Friends of the Multnomah County Library for over five years. Nancy served as treasurer of the Friends for two years, and continues to advise them in financial matters.
